Purchasing Herbs
It is important to source high-quality dried herbs, especially if you have plans to use them medicinally. Some may be lucky enough to have a local herb shop or farm, but for most, sourcing herbs will be done via the Internet. Places like Mountain Rose Herbs, Frontier Co-op, Davidson’s Organic (JESSICA20 for 20% off), and Starwest Botanicals are all great options for purchasing dried herbs.
