About Jess
Jess is a clinically trained herbalist and former environmental engineer. Having grown up with the Adirondacks as her play ground, she was exposed to the wonders of nature through hunting, fishing, and foraging with her family at an early age. As an engineer she spent years studying human health, exposure, and environmental conservation. After the birth of her children she began studying herbalism formally as a method to support her growing family. Seeing the toll that modern lifestyle was taking on people, but especially women, she began to study the body and continued clinical training. Understanding the physical and emotional struggle of women in a society that was not built with their health in mind has given her the drive and determination to create her own space in the wellness industry as someone who supports women in their goals through knowledge and creative problem solving.

Nope. This is your journey, take it as speedy or as slow as you want to go. You will have lifetime access as long as I still have control of the website, and will be notified if the program closes so that you can download any pieces from the program that you wish.

Each video is about 30-60 minutes for a total of 10/12 hours, additional resources are optional but can take up another 3-6 hours. Journaling is a big part of the program and will take the most time, but that time allotment is more personal preference.

Nope. Its totally optional, but an important tool for helping support your body in times of need.

No. The diet portion is meant to be a guide for how to test your bodies response to specific foods that might not “sit well” with it. It is not a requirement to participate in this portion, though it is highly encouraged.

No. Throughout the program we will discuss specific herbs that can be helpful for certain issues as well as how to research herbs and herbal protocols before choosing which herbs would be good for you and your specific situation. Using herbs is more about the lifestyle of incorporating their healing power as a tool to help your body thrive.
